Acceptance of Terms
Your Index provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may change without prior notice.Your continuing use of the service constitutes acceptance of Your Index Terms of Service.

You understand and agree that the Service may include sponsored links. The Service provides links to third party Internet sites and resources. Since Your Index has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Your Index is not responsible for the availability of such third party sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising or other materials on or available through such third party sites or resources.
In adition to that Your Index provides reviews by our editors for inclusion of sites into the Your Index Web Directory. By submitting a URL, you acknowledge that the payment is for a review of that URL, and does not constitute acceptance for inclusion in Your Index Web Directory.

Modification of the Service
Your Index reserves the right at any time to modify or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof)  without prior notice. You agree that Your Index shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Service.

Payments
All payments are due upon submission, if your listing is not approved for any possible reason you will be eligible for a refund. Please note that non acceptance of a submission is the only reason that entitles you to a refund. You will not  be eligible for a refund if  your submission is  modified.

Modification of Submissions
Your Index reserves the right to edit titles and descriptions, and move submissions to the most apropriate categories and subcategories (as judged by our editors).
